This is to explain and clarify the collection procedure regarding sponsorship monies pledged on the sponsorship forms

If you have made arrangements with me which contradict the following information, don't worry!  I'm happy to maintain those pre-existing arrangements.

Sponsors are not obligated to hand-over their sponsorship before the jump has happened.  However, where possible, try collecting the money as you go along. If sponsors prefer to give their money over once the jump has happened, please make sure that they provide their contact details clearly on the sponsorship form.

Cheques need to be payable to 'Like A Bat Out Of Hell (the skydive)', and must be accompanied with the corresponding sponsorship forms.

An illustration of a portion of a sponsorship form showing that the form number is displayed on the top-left corner of the form. Each sponsorship form will have its own unique number written into the box (as shown on the right of your screen). This is to identify its location and/ or the person in charge of that particular form. It will be written in by hand before it is sent to you. This allows us to keep track of how much money we are raising and to enable us to credit the right people for collecting the monies.

When you're ready to send the cheques and the forms, please contact me to ask for my address. I don't feel comfortable publishing my address on the Internet, so this is why I prefer to e-mail it to people who are genuine. You can contact me by filling in the form in the Contact Us section, or by e-mailing me at james.rose@likeabatoutofhell.co.uk.

Please send all monies with your completed sponsorship forms to me by Sunday 19th July 2009.
